Cheap Delphi Versions

Not everyone has enough money for the latest Delphi Version. Since Delphi 6, there is no more "Standard" edition available; the "Personal" editions won't allow you to create commercial applications, and the "Pro" and higher versions may be a tad expensive for just playing around with Delphi.

Fortunately, there are a number of Books that contain a "Companion CD" with a full (although older) version of Delphi:
